A broad ceremonial staircase leads to a shaded entrance porch defined by brightly coloured columns, giving the structure a distinct and memorable character. The repetitive window grid lends order and rhythm, while perforated detailing along the edges introduces refinement and texture. Internally, the spacious atrium and covered upper levels enhance light, openness and circulation, reinforcing functionality with architectural clarity.
