High Court Smart Housing, Lucknow

High Court Smart Housing, Lucknow presents a disciplined residential architecture that combines practicality with civic character. The buildings use exposed brick facades, deep white horizontal bands, perforated detailing and a prominent glazed vertical core to create a strong visual identity. Repetitive balconies with planted edges soften the mass and introduce a domestic scale, while the symmetrical composition gives the blocks a formal, dignified presence. The site planning appears organized around broad internal roads, landscaped courts and open green areas, supporting community life. Overall, the project reflects a balanced language—durable, climate-aware and economical—while still appearing orderly, contemporary and architecturally refined for urban family living.
