The composition of four mid-rise blocks, each accommodating 36 units in a rational 4×9 layout, ensures optimal cross-ventilation, daylight penetration, and spatial comfort. The façade articulates verticality through screened service cores and recessed balconies, lending rhythm and depth to the elevation. Stilt-level parking enhances ground permeability while accommodating 180 vehicles with ease. Landscaped edges and internal circulation foster a cohesive community environment.
