Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has proposed a prestigious multistoried housing project at Devpur Para, Lucknow, located at Alambagh Budheswar on the Ring Road. The project will feature a twenty-storied building comprising various types of apartments, including EWS (Economically Weaker Section), L.I.G. (Low Income Group), M.M.I.G. (Middle Income Group), Super MIG (Super Middle Income Group), and M.I.G. (Middle Income Group) units.

In addition to residential units, the project will include amenities such as parks, a community center, commercial spaces, a school, bank facilities, a swimming pool, gymnasium, playgrounds, and an auditorium. The development aims to accommodate 6000 flats, providing a comprehensive living environment with essential services and recreational facilities for residents.
