PROJECT DETAILS

The design of the Institute of Wildlife Health & Research at Assam spans a vast area near a serene river, seamlessly integrating natural and built environments. The campus is organized into academic and administrative blocks, along with specialized facilities including a clinical block and a radiology block.

It is equipped with designated quarantine areas for both small and large animals, as well as recovery blocks tailored for various species, ensuring comprehensive wildlife care. Circular enclosures with water bodies and landscaped green spaces contribute to creating a tranquil habitat conducive to research and rehabilitation activities.

Functional amenities such as an amphitheatre, auditorium, and residential quarters further enhance the campus, establishing it as a central hub for wildlife health research and education.
